Timeline of Program

• January 2008-February 2008: Mentor and Mentee register for the Mentor Program
• February 2008: Mentor and Mentee are paired and receive manual
• February 2008-March 2008: Mentor pairs meet initially to discuss goals of mentor relationship and communication methods
  
• March 2008-December 2008: Mentor pairs communicate at least once a month to fulfill expectations they set out in the first meeting
  
• November 2008-December 2008: Mentor pairs finish formal mentor relationship and complete Mentor Program end evaluation
